Last Sunday, some of the kids from the Chen Su Lan Methodist Home came over to hang out! We played some games, then we ate some food and watched Kungfu Panda.

Playing whacko.

Bubbles!

Playing dog and bone.

Playing Jacob’s ladder.
It was good to see the kids having fun with us. =)

Uncle Boon Quang conducted our Contagious Christian cell on Saturday again! We learnt about practising our testimonies about how we came to church or became Christians.
Here you can see Shawn and Clement giving it a go in front of the group!

Remember to practise telling your story! =)

One of our sister churches, Moulmein Church of Christ, has been holding a children’s church camp every June for the past 5 years. So far, we’ve done Lava Lava Island, Serengeti Trek and Fiesta! They’ve all been super duper fun! Both kids and crew leaders have loads of fun, no matter how old they are. The songs, dancing, games, crafts, food, lessons, Cheddar Cheese.. All work together to make one magnificent time!
The last year that we helped out was in 2007 and the theme was Fiesta! We visited the Bird Park.

Faith and Russell!
This year, the theme was Crocodile Dock. The camp was held at the Girls’ Brigade campsite instead of Moulmein Church, and was a sleepover camp instead of just a day camp. Constance, Renee and Fidelia helped out as crew leaders. Fidessa, Stephanie and Chloe went as campers.
On the last night, parents were invited to see what the kids had been doing and what they had learnt. We saw pictures and watched them sing songs. There were even some testimonials by the kids, one of which was Stephanie.

The kids and that’s Constance there in the middle.

It’s a really great camp! If you’re 12 years old and below, you should ask your parents to let you go to the next camp! And if you’re 13 years old and above, volunteer as a crew leader! Trust me, you’ll have the best time ever that nothing can replace! =)
Talk to Constance, Renee, Fidelia, Fidessa, Stephanie and Chloe to find out what they thought and loved about the camp!

Hello guys! How’s school so far? Hahahaha. Remember Uncle BQ’s lesson? Do pray for the opportunity to share with that particular friend! And that your friend is willing to hear what you have to say! Remember! They don’t care how much you know till they know how much you care! :D and there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
hahaha! andddd, if we are not going to win their hearts, something else will!
